Injection Foam Insulation

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers your RetroFoam injection foam insulation for as long as you own your home. If at any time the insulation we installed in your exterior walls fails to perform as intended due to settling, shrinking, or shifting, Central Texas RetroFoam will provide additional material and labor at no cost to you to restore the insulation to its proper performance.

This warranty includes:
● Coverage against settling, shrinking, or shifting of RetroFoam injection foam insulation.
● All labor and material costs required to correct the affected areas.
● Protection for as long as you own the home.
This warranty does not include:
● Damage caused by acts of nature (flooding, fire, tornado, etc.), alterations to the structure, or work performed by others after installation.
● Coverage of pre-existing conditions unrelated to the insulation.
● Coverage for areas not insulated by Central Texas RetroFoam.

One-Year Workmanship Warranty – Blown-In Insulation

Blown-in insulation installed by Central Texas RetroFoam is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty, effective from the date of installation. This warranty applies solely to labor-related defects.

This warranty includes:
● Correction of labor-related defects identified within one year of installation.
● Coverage of workmanship only.
This warranty does not include:
● Product performance or material-related issues.
● Damage caused by acts of nature, alterations, or work performed by others after installation.

Transferability

This warranty remains in effect only for the original property address where RetroFoam insulation services were installed. If the home is sold, the warranty is transferable to the new property owner. New homeowners can call our office directly with questions or concerns.
